Salesforce refocuses on in-person connection with skyscraper community center, ranch events
Despite having just launched its Success from Anywhere initiative and supported employees working from home less than a year ago, Salesforce corporate realized that its employees wanted that physical connection after two years of remote work. To feed this desire, Salesforce is opening up the top floor of its Atlanta skyscraper as their sixth-global O'Hana floor open to the public. In addition, Salesforce started working with a ranch in California to host classroom-sized physical meetings there instead of in an office; this location is envisioned for employee training, team getaways, and an alternative office.
