Daikin’s Fusion 25 plan highlights sustainability, market growth and product innovation
In June of 2021, Daikin introduced the Fusion 25 business strategy which will be implemented through 2025. The shift stems from the recognition of global market changes including sustainability, the importance of customer experiences and demand for higher indoor air quality. The company focuses on existing and potential markets, citing increased production and sales in India as key to growth. Daikin set 2025 goal of $30.4 billion in net sales. The company also hopes to grow operating margins to 12%. To accomplish these goals, Daikin plans to invest in strong supply chains, digitally integrated products and geographical expansion.
