CES responds to the outbreak of COVID-19
Operationally, CES Energy Solutions Corp. (CES) experienced limited adverse impacts to its business operations and workforce throughout the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Given that CES was and is generally considered to be an essential service provider in all regions in which the Company operates, CES' operations remained open and fully operating. Furthermore, CES' vertical integration, effective inventory management processes, and strong vendor relationships resulted in minimal supply chain constraints and disruptions during the pandemic. A number of additional safety measures also were implemented throughout the Company's operations, to ensure the ongoing safety of employees, and to maintain delivery of products and services while respecting recommendations from health authorities.
